Should a Client request all records to be permanently and securely deleted, work agreements between RMG Creative and the Client would cease, and the Client would be liable for payments for works carried out. Legal obligation - RMG Creative are legally obliged to hold data including and not limited to accounts, company information, financial records and company information required to be held by financial law and in accordance with HMRC and other legal financial bodies.
