We keep our pricing simple and transparent so you can plan your event with confidence.

The Facilitation Fee: From £450 + VAT
Covers a 3-hour session, professional facilitation, and all tools/equipment hire.

The Participant Kits: £20 per person + VAT
Includes a premium, individualised material kit for every team member to keep.

Note: Travel is included within 20 miles of Shipston on Stour. For sessions further afield or larger groups, please get in touch for a custom quote.

…founder of The Createhood. I’m a graphic designer and creative facilitator who creates welcoming, inclusive spaces for people to explore ideas, connect and feel at ease being themselves. I believe creativity doesn’t have to be clever or polished to be powerful – it’s about slowing down, getting hands-on and enjoying the process together.

Createhood sessions are led in a relaxed and welcoming way, with a focus on creative connection, conversation and gentle calm. I guide the session, set the tone, and take care of everything so your team can switch off from screens, step out of their usual roles, and simply enjoy making something together.

  • Sessions can be delivered at your workplace, off-site at a venue of your choice, or in a hired space locally. I’m happy to chat through what will work best for your team, as needed.

  • Sessions work well for teams of 6–30 people. Larger groups can be accommodated with advance notice, or split into smaller sessions to keep the experience relaxed and engaging for everyone.

  • Pricing depends on session length, activity, group size, location and materials, with clear, upfront pricing provided once we’ve discussed your needs, no hidden extras. Please download our Createhood Team Makes brochure for pricing.

  • Sessions are designed for your company, your team, and your requirements, and we can arrange a single taster session, monthly drop-ins, or seasonal workshops to suit you best.

  • Yes. Sessions are designed to be inclusive and low-pressure, with no expectation to ‘be good’ at making things. Activities can be adapted for different abilities, and accessibility requirements can be discussed in advance to ensure everyone feels comfortable taking part.

  • Sessions are designed to be Inclusive, relaxing, sociable and quick to learn, such as:

    • Decorative Journals - Creative with scope for personalisation, leaving participants with a useful notebook to use.

    • Sculptural Coil Vessel - the repetitive weaving is relaxing, tactile and calming.

    • Mindful Pattern-Making - Mandalas, geometric zentangles and guided ‘doodles’ designed for calm focus to reduce stress and encourage mindfulness.

    • Collaborative Canvas or Mural - The team contributes to a shared artwork or collage that builds connection and conversation and creates a visual reminder of teamwork and creativity.

  • All materials, setup and facilitation are included. Your team simply needs a suitable space and tables. I’ll handle the rest so the experience feels easy and well-organised. A site visit may be arranged in advance of the booking, as required.

  • Yes. I hold public liability insurance and can provide risk assessments and any supporting documentation required by your organisation ahead of the session.
